Monaco at McCormick Ranch Apartments

I submitted a maintenance request to have the tree in my patio trimmed and they did a wonderful job and cleared up the dead leaves on the patio floor! Thank you!!

My experience here has been marvelous I have never had a bad day. When I walk into the front office it is smiles always open arms with helping and fast action for matinence. The people that live here are nice I habe never met a bad tenet and I love the area is close to many things. This is the first place I have lived at that let's me comfortably walk my cat around the property :) and the pictures are of the park I walk to all the time ;) The appliances last what they should unless you don't take care of things and you can always ask about changes that happen they always explain it well. It is safe and I feel at home. I don't see my self leaving. I have been here for 4 years.

I recently had a situation with rent and autopay. Long story, but unbeknownst to me, I was late on my rent by several days this month. I was quite disheveled when I went into the office to try and resolve. Sonia couldn’t have been more helpful…she explained what had happened, and resolved the situation with class. Very impressed

This is a great apartment community in a very, very nice area of the valley. The prices are reasonable, the neighbors are quiet, the staff is very helpful and courteous and the location cannot be beat. I felt safe and I felt my car was safe while it was parked there, even if I was not there for a long stretch of time. I felt like the infrastucture, while old and prone to break, was being maintained very well. The worst thing I have to say is that the street address is a pain to recite over the phone: "8250 via paseo del norte. That's 4 words. I can spell it if it will help." If I ever come back to the valley and need a place to stay my first thought will be of monaco at mccormick ranch.
