Molden Real Estate

Driver of white Molden pickup runs up shoulder in midst of wreck on I-81 N at marker mm 315 area… DANGEROUS! Just happened at 10:40 AM on 9/17/25… Could have hurt someone… It’s on dashcam… Maybe don’t do dumb stuff in company vehicles.

I have rented with moldain real estate at 2 different locations. They have been really great, especially Kevin. I can't say enough about him. And in the whole place when we moved out less than a week later, we had our deposit back. We've rented from a lot of places. That's the first time that's ever happened. I highly recommend Molden real estate. I can't say enough good things about them and Kevin.

I've lived at a Molden property for over 2 years now. This is an excellent rental experience. I've had 3 minor maintenance requests and have never had to wait more than 12 hours for the issue to be addressed. This is a well-maintained and affordable rental. I highly recommend!

The lady that I spoke to about rentals was very nice and helped me a lot. The area I was trying to rent from is very crowded and has broke down cars in front of the buildings. Not very appealing. But there property other wise was very nice and taken care of.

The best real estate company in Winchester or surrounding areas. Their buildings are very nice but also affordable and they keep them well maintained.
