I’ve lived at Mojave Flats Apartments for over two years now, and I honestly have nothing but good things to say. I’ve had no issues, and the overall experience here has been solid from day one. The community feels welcoming, and the staff actually cares, which is rare these days. This apartment is especially meaningful to me because it’s where my son was born and raised. It’s the only home he’s ever known, and that sense of stability matters a lot to me as a parent. I also want to give special recognition to Aida. Every single time I come in with a question or need help with anything, she treats me with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. I applied online and paid the $50 application fee and $150 holding fee for a unit. My application was approved very quickly, but the overall experience was extremely frustrating. I notified the office the same day, that my move timeline had changed. No lease was ever signed, yet the $150 holding fee was retained. Communication throughout the process felt inconsistent and unnecessarily difficult. Even after approval, the process did not feel professional or customer-focused. Future applicants should carefully review all fee terms and get everything in writing before submitting any payments.

We moved in at the beginning of this month. Carolina Mendez was an outstanding employee from the second we walked into the office to ask questions down to the tour of the unit we are in now! She was very communicative, thorough and most of all TRANSPARENT. I am a paranoid individual so I asked her multiple questions, multiple times and she never lost her patience or got snippy with me. She was kind and informative . We got an upstairs unit. We’re on the street side which is the only downfall as it’s noisy but we chose that willingly. There is a washer and dryer in our unit. Works amazing! The stove in our renovated unit is electric and a glass top! The bathroom is big and spacious and the balcony is great to have coffee on. The complex has a Gym, Pool, playground and accepts Cats and Dogs.

My mother in law has been here for almost a year now and so far she's had a good experience. The front office has always been available and helpful to her and maintenance always comes in a timely manner. The property is kept clean and her unit is nice with updated appliances. Also stores and businesses are within walking distance

When I walked through the door I already felt welcome and at home by Kat. Her energy and vibe so kind and warm and embracing just makes you feel like you’re at home. I just moved in to my own 1 bedroom apartment here after my brother also signed with again.
