Great company to rent from. They are super communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Their check in process and check put process is super simple. Any question we had about the home or the amenities they replied right away. The property was fully equipped with everything we needed. Pots and pans, linens, extra towels, etc. you name it they had it. Their wifi was super fast and they also had all of the cable channels. Will definitely be using them in the future! Thanks again !
I have been dealing with Cheri at Modern since December and she has been outstanding ! Love the service and very fast response even when it was unreasonable of me to ask. Highly recommend to anyone for short or long term rentals
