Absolutely wonderful! Tabetha is a hardworking mom and understood family ups and downs. She is patient with handling all of our affairs as well as quick to respond and offer advice towards time sensitive issues. It’s nice to work with a quality human being that enjoys her job.

We needed to get my mother's house on the market. A neighbor in her development had used Tabetha Sibley to sell their house, and had recommended her. The house had sold quickly, and for close to the asking price. We called her Realty company, and met with her very soon thereafter. She looked up comparable properties, and suggested our sale price. Within the first 24 hours of the house going on the market, we had 3 offers on my Mom's house - one for our full asking price. The sale was contingent, and unfortunately fell through. However, Tabetha had the house back on the market, and we received 3 bids within the first two or three days. We did not take any of them, as they were too low. We drove an hour to view one of her listings. After Tabetha arriving late, and showing up with her child as well, she was very rude and extremely unprofessional. Any time I talked, she just walked off and disregarded the fact that I was speaking to her. After being in the home for less than 5 minutes, we felt so disrespected, we decided to leave. We just recently moved here from La Jolla, CA, and people there don't run their businesses in that way. Very disappointed.

Great people. As a Contractor hired out for them, they're easy to work with, we yearly have to update or licensing and insurance info so you know they're checking their people, and I've referred many happy customers their way.
