Recently toured with Rio and she was the BEST! She was so patient and informative. Rio and the rest of the staff have all been so helpful with answering our long list of follow-up questions. Not to mention, the building is beautiful (and smells amazing). Definitely check this place out if you are considering moving to the area.

I just moved in last week and already had a great experience with the leasing team, especially Rio. Rio was extremely helpful, responsive, and made the move-in process smooth and stress-free. From answering my questions to making sure everything was ready, they went above and beyond. I really appreciate the support and I’m happy to be part of this community!

I had a great experience with the maintenance team here! I put in two requests last night for my AC and a washer that was only using hot water. By this afternoon, everything was fixed. A huge shoutout to the technician, Alex, who was professional, informative, and incredibly prompt. It’s a relief to live somewhere where maintenance requests are handled so efficiently!

I have had such a wonderful experience living here! The unit and amenities are such great quality, and the other residents are very respectful! The best part about my experience has been the management! The management and maintenance team truly goes above and beyond for the residents here, and needs are addressed almost immediately. Management is so kind and welcoming, and they truly care about connecting with the residents! It feels like home here at Modera, and I couldn’t recommend living here enough!

I just toured Modera Scottsdale and need to give a HUGE shoutout to Bert. He took my boyfriend and I on our tour and we had the best experience with him. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and was ready to answer any questions we had for him. We really felt well taken care of. He’s the BEST!! If you ever tour this apartment ask for Bert!!
