Modera Rio Salado

I recently moved into Modera and have enjoyed everything about it. The property is modern and beautiful, and has super convenient access to the lake and downtown. The whole crew here has been so helpful in getting me settled in. Diana has been communicative throughout the whole lease process, Jared has been proactive in addressing my logistical questions, Donovan helping to smoothe out my special deliveries, and Lyanne answering all sorts of various questions as they arise. Very happy and excited to call this place my home.

I just finished moving in as the property opened, and the team at Modera Rio Salado have done a fantastic job in maintaining communication about construction status (gym floors being re-worked, vehicle gates being tuned, building's roof patio finalizing). The team is extremely quick in responding to any questions or issues that come up. During move-in I had to report an issue with the AC not cooling in my unit, and the building's service manager Jerad investigated and had someone out and the issue fixed in about an hour - before the movers even got here. Questions I've had before and after moving in have all been addressed quickly, usually in the same day by Lyanne or Diana. A simple mix-up in assigned parking was quickly cleared up by email without any hassle, and notifying them in pers

I wanted to take a moment to recognize Lyanne and Diana for all of their help throughout this process. I’ve been very interested in this property since the early stages of construction. Even though leasing has begun and the property hasn’t officially opened for tours yet, they took the time to record videos of the units I was interested in and communicated with me every step of the way. I truly appreciate the effort they put in, especially knowing how stressful it must be preparing a brand-new property for opening. Because of their support and responsiveness, I happily applied and was approved, and everything has been moving along smoothly. I can’t wait to move in and be part of the new Modera Rio Salado family!

I didn’t end up leasing at Modera Rio Salado, but I still wanted to leave a review because Lyanne was genuinely excellent to work with. She was responsive, informative, and took the time to answer my questions and walk me through options without any pressure. The communication alone made the search process feel easy and professional. Even though I ultimately chose a different place, I really appreciated her help and would absolutely recommend reaching out to her if you’re considering this community.

I was the first to move in and the team was so welcoming. It has been a great place to live!
