I had a very positive experience living here, and I especially want to acknowledge the incredible staff including Chasity, Alexis, Shayla, and Jorgan. I know there are more but that's who I've interacted with! The leasing office team has been consistently kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive. I went through a very challenging personal situation during my lease, and they showed so much understanding and flexibility. They worked with me through their hardship program and helped me close my lease early in a way that felt compassionate and fair. That level of humanity is rare and meant a lot during a difficult time. The maintenance team was also excellent. They were always responsive and helpful whenever something came up. This review is long overdue but since I moved in the experience was smooth. Chasity is warm, sweet and super on top of everything. She made the move in experience great a year ago. I’m moving out now due to wanting something different and not spending so much to live in the heart of buckhead, but this place is great. No complaints. Great amenities great staff. All the staff is nice but Chasity deserves a raise. She is the GOAT 🐐

I toured Modera Old Ivy today with leasing consultant Nhvada Powell, and he was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, gave me a detailed tour, and made the entire experience enjoyable. His positive energy and attention to detail really stood out. If you’re considering Modera Old Ivy, I highly recommend asking for Nhvada, he truly goes above and beyond!

I've lived in several apartments all over the greater Atlanta area. This was the only apartment I was truly sad to leave. Great staff. Great amenities. Great neighbors. Great price. I honestly wish I could give it 6 stars. Couldn't recommend it more to anyone looking for a place to live in Atlanta.

Lucas made my apartment tour such a positive experience. He was so patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!) and went into detail about everything - even though this wasn't even his usual property! He never made me feel rushed and created such a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. You can tell he really cares about making sure people feel good about their decision. Lucas is a gem!
