Modera H Street

Toured at Modera two weeks ago, Jesse was our guide. He was very helpful and answered all our questions. We drove all the way from NY, so we appreciated having someone compassionate showing us around. He showed us three units, and we ended up applying for the one we liked the most. Thank you, Jesse, for the tour, your professionalism, and hospitality. We can't wait to move in soon!

I toured Modera H Street today, and I was genuinely impressed! The building is gorgeous and has everything you could ask for — a pool, yoga studio, gym, multiple lounge areas on nearly every floor, indoor and outdoor spaces, a concierge, and more. It’s modern, well-kept, and gives off a very luxurious vibe. What really made the experience exceptional was Jesse. He was warm, professional, and incredibly patient. As a mom of a talkative and energetic 6-year-old, I sometimes get anxious during tours, but Jesse made me feel so welcome and at ease. He gave my son grace, engaged with him, and made the entire experience comfortable for our family. I’m definitely applying to live here! And if you’re thinking about touring, I highly recommend asking for Jesse — he made a big difference. Thank you

Just move in an Fredy has been so awesome with maintenance and my unit, he’s very respectful and outgoing the leasing office is very great. They communicate with you. They get back with you fast. They are very respectful and welcoming living here. I believe it’s going to be great.

Jesse was an amazing leasing agent. Very detailed and informative. He tried his best to cater to everything that my partner and I wanted and came through. Modera has great amenities and the gym was my ultimate favorite. Don’t be discouraged by the neighborhood, as things are turning around. People tried to scare us away from Modera lol. Unfortunately, we decided to move forward with other options due to distance for work.

The Maintence team is amazing! I accidentally cut my sink/garbage disposal open from a shot glass and Freddy did everything he could to get me a new garbage disposal.. I thought I would have to wait weeks but it was done the next day! They are so amazing and considerate being as though it is the holidays and didn’t want me to go without! I’m truly grateful for the team here at Modera, truly! They go above and beyond for you!
