Modera Frisco Square

CURRENT RESIDENT REVIEW – DO NOT MOVE HERE! One star. I truly wish I had listened to the reviews before moving here. Management does not take anyone’s complaints seriously. Despite repeatedly reporting excessive, ongoing noise from a neighboring unit since before May, including blasting music, karaoke, and full on parties even on weekdays, very little was done. The noise was so loud it often felt like it was coming from inside my apartment. I live on the top floor, so it is not even like the noise is from someone above me. I reported this by email, phone calls, and in person visits to the office, but most of the time received no response and had to follow up constantly. Just wrapped up a year at Modera. This is probably the best apartment complex I've ever lived. I've found the staff to be quick and responsive to issues I bring. The maintenance team does an unbelievable job of keeping the property clean, and they really care about making it nice- even the TRASH room is spotless, something I've never seen before. Pool is the best in town, I haven't found a property that has one even close to as nice as theirs. Negatives are the walls are definitely thin, so YMMV based upon who you're living next to. Appliances are definitely also on the cheaper side, I've timed my oven and it takes 20 minutes to heat up to 425. Can get frustrating. Lastly it seems more "orderly" than most apartments anymore. I loved living at Modera Frisco Square apartments! Great service, very attentive maintenance staff, and dog friendly. Iris and Wes were super helpful and friendly. They made the move out process easy and quick. I would recommend anyone to stay here!

The office staff is Amazing! The maintenance staff is always friendly and helpful as well! Wesley, the Leasing Consultant is always friendly and ready to help or answer any questions I may have:) I have lived here almost 3 years and plan to remain aa a resident!

Modera has been just a wonderful place for us to live! It started with Alexis and the staff being helpful and communicative, to Carlos and the maintenance staff being friendly and very responsive as well. We love the amenities (pool is second to none), restaurants within walking distance, Cinemark, stores, and so many other experiences like the Frisco farmers market and others. It's a great place to live and is kept very clean! We are so glad we found Modera!
