I must say, my husband and I truly enjoy living here at Modera Decatur. The entire office staff worked with us to find the perfect apartment and we are overjoyed. Thank you Max, Stephanie and Daja for going far and beyond, we truly appreciate your patience, kindness and professionalism.

Me and My wife has been living at Modera since 2024 and everything has gone smoothly. The Front Office people our very attentive and helpful all the time such as Stephanee, Maxx and Daja. Also the maintenance team is on point Edwin, J.T. It been a Wonderful experience being here . We are Very Grateful that we Chose Modera.

We have been living in Modera Decatur since September 2022. It is a great place with good amenities and a walkable location. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and all our service requests are promptly resolved. We are grateful to the professional team of Max, Stephanie, Deja, and the maintenance team for making this place a wonderful home.

I had an amazing experience at modera. Leasing agent daja was incredible. Very transparent and knowledgeable. You should definitely stop by you’ll fall in love with the staff and apartment.

This was a very disappointing experience for me. Let me start by saying I love this community and the apartment homes. I was so impressed by the property I started my leasing application right away. However, my experience with the leasing management was very heartbreaking. To be honest the tour felt extremely rushed, I was told that if I didn't get approved or I decided to change my mind about the apartment I could receive a refund from the leasing agent on the application fees. After starting the application process, I was called the very next day and informed that the rate for the application I was given would be different since I would not be moving in until July. The leasing agent also expressed uncertainty about the exact rate at that time. I didn't feel comfortable moving forward and
