Modera 44

We have lived here for four months and the experience has not matched what we expected. Many of our written complaints went unanswered. We also reported an uncomfortable interaction with a neighbor who confronted my husband about our dog ‘looking at him wrong,’ and on another occasion stood in the lobby staring at us the entire time we waited for the elevator. Management told us he was harmless, but the situation made us feel uneasy. When we later requested an early lease break due to both the noise issues and this incident, the only response we received after a month of messages ignored the safety concern entirely and stated that noise alone was not enough to negotiate a lease break. We tried to discuss this once in person, but it happened to be during a period when the building was deal

Just renewed my lease for another year at Modera 44. The building has everything we were looking for - beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with a loft, great amenities and fast support from maintenance. Have not had any major issues and any minor requests made were always handled quickly. Has a solid gym space and the lounge area is perfect for hosting events. Nick and the leasing office team do a great job with quick replies and providing us everything we need. I visited almost every apartment building in Morristown - Modera 44/55 are definitely the best options. 10/10 recommend

Bryan in the leasing office is the best! He is always so helpful and efficient with anything we need help with - from the day we toured the building, through move in, and now as residents. Can’t recommend enough. Laura and Nick are great too! Awesome team

If you asked me when we first moved in this would have been 5 stars- but after we signed our renewal it seems everything has been falling apart at once. We have now had our washer and dryer replaced going on 3 times- yet they always order the same model and it keeps breaking. When we renewed we got charged another $500 amenity fee, which we tried to negotiate since we use none of the amenities (we belong to a private gym due to an injury I have) and would use the roof but it has not been available to use since we moved in in March 2024. Our other appliances are slowly starting to go and maintenance is great with replying but it’s starting to become a just a burden to us. We originally thought about moving elsewhere but we are getting married next year and just do not have time to look for

Bryan & Laura at the Leasing office are awesome! Super helpful, friendly. Clean, safe, nice place with a great gym and proximity to 'downtown action'. I'm going to sign the lease and hoping for a wonderful Mo-town experience, living at this apartment complex, which I'll soon call home.
