Model Group

I don't normally leave reviews, but I wanted to leave one for my wonderful leasing agent Emma. She worked with me on pretty short notice on getting me a new apartment in the Cincinnati area, I highly recommend speaking to her if you are looking for a new place in Ohio, she makes sure all of the information you get is correct and in a timely manner! Amazing experience since our first call.

Very impressed with Model Group as one of their tenants. Their response times and care for their properties/tenants are the best in the city. Any confusion or issue is dealt with usually same-day. Top notch service!

See my more detailed review on Paramount Square Apartments, but just wanted to drop by and say that Model Group's leasing agent, Jennifer, did an A+ job, before, during, and after my showings. She was prompt in communication, professional, polite, seemed sincere, and did not make me feel pressured at all. I could tell she knew a lot about the property, and was confident in every answer she gave. If she is how most Model Group staff conduct themselves, Model Group is in great hands!

Best leasing experience I’ve ever had. From the leasing team to Mark (my landlord of sorts), everyone is professional, responsive, and keeps the building spotless. Common areas are always clean — just when you think the floors are getting dirty, they shine like new the next day. Only drawback is parking since the city switched to all paid street parking. Still, outside of big events like soccer games or the Opening Day Parade, I usually find a spot within a couple of loops. A resident deal with the Findlay Garage would be a dream. Noise? It’s OTR and Findlay Market — expect some life and energy, especially on weekends and during events. I love it. If Model Group ever opens in Columbus, I’ll be first in line to rent from them again.

I have rented a unit from Model Group for nearly one year now. Jennifer Y. was very helpful showing me multiple units/locations until I found the one I wanted. Model Group have been diligent about keeping their property clean and uncluttered. Every time I or any other resident have reached out regarding a concern they have responded positively and quickly (admittedly there have only been a few small things but still l, they’re batting 1.000). Our property manager Mark has been great and made himself available whenever we’ve needed him. If you’re moving to Cincinnati or just seeking a new space in the city I’d certainly recommend Model Group as a fantastic place to start looking.
