From the initial consultation, to helping to find contractors to fix some issues, to taking pictures and listing... he even helped with pushing the bank to close on time for our buyers. Hands down, I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to the Modansky Homes Team. Brian is extremely knowledgeable of Charleston and the surrounding areas. He does his research to give you all the information you need, for the area(s) you are looking at. After weeks of looking online independently from the West Coast, back-and-forth with different realtors, he was the only one that stayed on top of it and helped me feel confident that someone was working for and with me to reach my end goal. Moving from the West Coast to the East coast was a hard enough transition. Brian made it a point to have listings lined up and all the info I needed on a few scouting trips before I made the big move. He's dedicated and organized and besides being mindful of my time, I truly felt he
