What a great experience!! I applied for an apartment and received an answer the next day! Marvin called me to set up a showing, however I did not expect such a quick answer and was not in town for another week. He held the apartment for me, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with so many things. He had answers to all my questions! I have no complaints since moving in; everything is handled in a timely manner and the management staff is very understanding. By far, the smoothest experience I’ve had renting an apartment, and I’m especially grateful to Marvin for all his help!! Would recommend anyone needing an apartment in the area to use M&M as their first choice! You won’t regret it!!

From the 1st time i applied until today my move in date has been a breeze due to the staff. I do want to recognize Angela in leasing because she has been absolutely fantastic . She has returned my numerous emails, texts and phone calls immediately or as aoon as she could as possible. But even more her disposition is professional yet she still has a sunny, cheerful manner as well. She never once made me feel like a bother. She was my "moving angel" Moving is stressful but she has made this so much easier.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Please save yourself time and the headaches! I had a signed lease to move in May 1st when May 1st came the apt was not ready and the renovations hadn't even started. The leasing agent then said May 15th and again it wasn't ready. Ended up moving in May 28th. There is no wire connection for cable, there are no light switches so you have to buy lamps all around. I was using a griddle and the power outlet got blown up. Called the maintenance line who said to call the main line, called the main line and the guy who was rude and had a Spanish accent hung up on me. Called back the maintenance line who said they don't have a schedule, don't know when a technician will be able to come. I was in the shower and the fire alarm went off, nothing I did would make it stop so I called

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL LURE YOU IN WITH NO CREDIT CHECK BUT DO NOT FALL FOR IT. I rented an apartment from them. On 07/22 I viewed a few apartments first and settled on a studio but after sleeping on it, I called and switched to a 1br the next day. I paid my deposit and signed my lease on 08/03. I got the run around about my keys for weeks. I finally got the keys on 08/28. I check out the apartment on 08/29 and the I was given the wrong key, so I couldn’t get in and the office was closed due to it being the weekend. So Monday 8/31 (the day before I’m suppose to move in) I go check out the apartment and it’s still studio, not a one bed room. So I called and was offered something in another building. I went and viewed it and it was disgusting. So I emailed and turned it down

I checked out the apartment, it was decent. They said they had everything they needed for me and my son to move in it would just need a CORI check. I waited over a week for a response, I finally called and he told me nonchalantly that I got denied for credit issues when they stated that credit wouldn't be an issue. I wouldn't have wasted my time waiting and letting them run my credit if I knew it was going to be a problem. They never notified me that I got rejected they were just going to leave it up in the air like a notice wasn't important. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
