Ashlie is an amazing landlord! She's very friendly, responsive, and attentive. The property is well-maintained, and she genuinely cares about her tenants. She made the application and move in process so easy! I love the apartment and the location is perfect. Renting from her has been a wonderful experience so far!

I lived here for four years and made some great friends and some of the best memories of my life! The complex is within walking distance of Ponce City Market and Piedmont Park. The units themselves are extremely spacious, and the staff and maintenance team are kind, thorough, and prompt. Shoutout to Ashlie, who manages the properties—she’s exceptional!

Ashlie and Clay really shaped an amazing experience for me while I lived at my two apartments with MLC. The application processes and everything in between was seamless. I give my thanks to them for being apart of special memories I was able to create. The absolute best!!!!

I lived at the Virginia Highlands/Ponce de Leon PL location for one year, and while the location of our apartment was amazing, these were just a few of the issues that I experienced while living here: - Poor quality windows with very poor sealing and horrible insulation. In the summer, I had to install my own mesh so that no bugs would get in. In the winter, I had to buy insulation film to put on the windows because it would get incredibly cold. - Overall lack of insulation. The wood floor (on the first floor) could be lifted up to reveal literal dirt and a pathway to the outside. - This, in addition to no central AC unit, led to a huge hassle with temperature control. I had to buy a massive cooling unit for the summer since there was no AC or circulation in the bedroom. I also had to get
