MKC Associates Home Inspection

We choose MKC from reviews of families who live in our area/ community- home buyers , home owners . They all said MKC is thorough in their work . While all of their staffs had quite high review , we chose to go with Thomas Berthiaume . His reviews of course we great and they had said he was honest , listened and answers plus knowledgeable. He proved very true to the reviews posted . Our appointment was two days after the epic storm and our house was covered with snow . But we were on a time crunch and had to get the inspection done . I contacted MKC Associates on a Monday and was able to schedule a home inspection the following morning. They were extremely responsive, even given the holiday on the day I reached out. Miner Sparks showed up on Tuesday morning and did a very thorough inspection, taking the time to explain everything to me and respond to all my questions. He was easy to work with, exceptionally knowledgeable and had a great customer service attitude. I will be using him again in the future and highly recommend MKC's services.
