We love it here. I understand that a new management company took over during the past year. From the time of our initial visit a few months back we have had a wonderful experience. It is extremely quiet. We never hear other residents. Dakota, the residence manager, has had to come to our unit a number of times to fix things or answer questions. He is so responsive and friendly and gets the job done. This is a clean and beautiful setting. So glad we found it!

Amazing place for amazing people by the amazing APT team! I lived here for about 2,5 years. I love this place! Sam is very friendly and professional manager! I currently live at the apartment complex and my wife and I have had nothing but positive experiences here! One thing that is especially true that is helpful is how responsive and helpful Dakota and the team are. We’ve had a few things that need to get fixed and we’ve had same-day fixes numerous times, which was a breath of fresh air. Would recommend!

I'm a current resident of Charles Apartment Homes & the experience has been extremely accommodating. The move in process was the smoothest that I have ever been a part of... Hazim (The Community Manager) has gone above & beyond his job description on multiple occasions. Clean, new, quiet building with nice neighbors. Also, it along the historical Charles River with trails to enjoy! I fully recommend Charlesbank Apartment Homes.

Great place to live! Dakota is very helpful and accommodating. I love right in the on the river, and it’s close to the bus stations to get into the city.
