awful, stay away from this broker. Inexperienced agents and we were charged for simple interior photography and a drone shot after signing a release due to the inexperience of our agent. we have never been charged by any brokerage in the 40 years we have been conducting business. agent didn’t put a lockbox on the property door. Overall 0/10 experience from MKB.

We worked with Mitch Jearls and his home team. Mitch, Corey, and the rest of their team were wonderful. We recently relocated to Roanoke area from another state. There were many differences in purchasing a home in Virginia compared to some other states we’ve lived. Mitch was patient and helpful in answering our many questions. They were always there for whatever we needed and helped refer us to other local businesses.

Allison O'brian sold my 80 year old mothers home. I called Allison and informed her that my Mother has Dementia and thought she only had 3 weeks to move! You need to RUN to work with Casey Anderson. I saw his advertisements on facebook and didn't know the company MKB. But having recently bought with my husband, it was a very stressful experience and often times we felt lost and stressed. This time we are buying my parents a house to relocate to VA. Although my parents don't speak english and are in a different state, Casey was so wonderful, understanding, accommodating and culturally insightful. We never felt pressured but not knowing anything about lenders etc, he walked us through the process, and gave us suggestions and explanations of every step of the process along the way.

The realtor we were buying the house from, countered our offer and then he countered back. We accepted his offer, signed the contract and then he countered His counter!!!! The rate was higher than the listing price!!! I was getting ready to send 1k earnest money when we got the news. Every Realtor I've spoke with has never heard of a Realtor countering his own counter. He did not want an inspection done! But the VA will not give a loan without it. Our hearts were set on this house it's right next to our children.
