We had our home built about 12 years ago by Chris Tucker from Tucker Homes. He built us our dream home with all of the high-end upgrades we requested. The craftsmanship and quality of the home that was built for us is second to none. We have had previous homes built by other cookie cutter Builders that had basic options and basic specs. Chris did not go out of his way to up charge any of our upgrades. Chris made the building process seamless. He took his time and built us a quality home. Chris was there every step of the way and always available if we had questions. We did not have to go through multiple people in order to get to him, we were able to contact him personally for any issues we had, which were very few. In the past 12 years, we have projects, including our beach house as well

Awful. I've been trying to get in touch with them about a couple issues. I get the answering woman. She switches me to a responsible line. Never picks up. Never calls me back. These issues has to be handled by them. Not the manager on site. Like a app to pay my rent. It's their responsibility to help with things like that. In the time I have lived here I've been told every time they couldn't help me. Not their job. What is their job??? Supposedly nothing except leaving notes under our doors. 2 to 3 days a week. About getting in again. Meaning we have to get up at 7 and wait to see if they even need to. Or the notes has nothing to do with me. Not bad, but not too good either. About 20 years on and off with the company and they are decent at running rentals, but they skimp on amenities. As a prospective renter you should assume that any listed amenity will not be available often or ever and work that into your pricing and budget. This includes pools, tennis/basketball courts, snow plowing, and washer/dryer. All of those are contracted out and subject to the usual runaround where you hear “we don’t control that service” and they simply wash their hands of any issues. They are good at daily minor maintenance and they have helpful staff and residential managers. They just need to step it up when it comes to these services.

Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Landlords are lazy and passive aggressive. When my basement flooded due to a crack in the wall they refused to fix it and ignored my requests asking them to patch the wall, and I had to clean the mess myself. Before I moved in they left a sink with hazardous biological material in the basement, and i had to request it be removed. They lied about cleaning the carpets which were full of dog food and smelled of mold when I moved in. They cut down a tree in my front lawn without informing me resulting in mine and my roommates cars almost being hit by the trees falling, and never once apologized or took responsibility.
