Guess knowledge is a luxury because this guy has zero of it. That’s why only small percentage of realtors are good and making good money in the industry. He was hired by mortgage company to appraise our home and when I saw appraisal that is obviously getting disputed I was in shock. Maybe Mitchell you should at least show up and see the house for yourself. He compared our home to houses in different cities which were also completely different style and built. Wayland is a town with the best school system yet he claimed that living next to the woods and school (which you don’t hear or see) is an inconvenience. The house that was just sold for a million is not renovated like ours and location is worse than ours yet appraised our home 100k less….can go on and on about it but you get the idea.
