Missouri View Apartments

I lived at this location for two years+. The manager of the complex left abrupt and it became an absolute MESS. I was told that my rent could be pro-rated during the month I was going to be moving out and that was not granted. Had to pay the full amount and then I was told during the month I was not staying that rent increased and they tacked on another $50. I was told when signing my agreement initially I would get a 30 day notice of rent increase and sign a paper. I never signed anything. As a tenant who was praised during inspections for having the cleanliest unit, treated the place like it was my own, was never late on rent - ever. I am so incredibly disappointed with the customer service. Very very unfortunate.

Nope I lived here for 3 years nothing wrong with my apartment. Moved out & they had to find everything wrong with it. I don't recommend this place to anyone they will charge and ruin your credit. Don't ever rent from this property!!!!

Decent accomodations, for every low income eligible participants, quiet, pet friendly, family friendly environment, great views.

Facility was pretty average and a few shady people living around. Housing manager was also difficult to work with at times too.

Convienient location across from gas station & close to the elementary school.
