Costello Property Management in Pierre, SD was a pleasure to rent from the for the last 4 years before I purchased my home. They were very accommodating and worked with me to get me moved in to an available unit ASAP after my first apartment burned down in 2021. The units at Denali Ridge were newly renovated in I think 2022 or 2023, and they are very nice! Much nicer and well-kept than a lot of other apartments that Pierre has to offer. They have shared laundry in the building that takes quarters, which was super convenient as opposed to driving across town to the laundromat. Christy, the manager, was great to work with if there were issues that needed to be addressed and she was prompt in getting someone over for repairs as needed. Applying for an apartment with Costello was very easy! I’m so happy with how clean, up to date, and safe my apartment is. Management is also very friendly and will gladly answer any questions you have.

They are a joke they purchased Northern Heights and there full of cockroaches bedbugs and black mold

The manager Christie is the most nicest person. She is so nice and amazing every single day.

Clean, comfortable, and the office managets are kind, maintain apartments very well, and are efficient!
