Missouri License Office

Happy they closed! Literally the worst dmv in the area. Unprofessional and outdated management. They’re the only dmv I’ve ever went to that didn't allow me to show my utility bill online. They only accepted paper bills. Their number call system was even more traumatizing. They’ll yell your number outside the door while you wait outside or in your car. If you don’t make there within 30 seconds they move on and tell you you’ll have to wait now bc they already called your number.

Best experience I ever had inside a DMV and I'm 66. Workers were all kind, conversational and proficient. Wow, what a change from most others

I was ticket sixty nine and they didn't bother to tell me that I was gonna be waiting for thirty nine tickets ahead of me and it's my first time being there. Bear in mind, they took at least half an hour or more just to do one ticket at a time. They don't bother telling you that the tickets are color coded from two sides of their building. That office works way too damn slow. They need to work faster.They work fast with the blue tickets.But for some reason with pink tickets, they took their sweet time.

Wonderful experience with this office today! My license is renewed and I was back to next errand in 20 minutes

Tried calling to speak to a representative which is option 4 and it only take you back to the beginning. No one answers the phone to assist you at all.
