If I could give 0 stars, I would. Missoula property management is as two faced as it can get. They make initial meeting seem easygoing and helpful, just wait a couple months and it goes downhill quite rapidly. We were responsible tenants who paid rent on time, respected the property, and followed every rule — and were met with sheer incompetence in return. Maintenance requests? Ignored for over a month, which led to water damage under the kitchen sink that they had the nerve to charge us for. We contacted them multiple times about harassment from neighbors — silence. Not a single meaningful response. Their version of “management” seems to be: do nothing, dodge responsibility, and let tenants handle things on their own. The staff are either totally clueless or just don’t care. Misinformatio

I was shown apartments by Travis Vohs. He was professional, knowledgeable & courteous. As soon as I selected my unit, Kristen Taylor took over the leasing process. She made leasing the apt easy. The apartment I found was for my brother. Not long after my brother moved in, he had a medical emergency and was taken to the hospital. He didn’t survive. Typically, leasing agents are friendly when a tenant is signing a lease & moving in. The true character of the person is better seen when there’s a problem. Kirsten Taylor could not have been kinder or more helpful after my brother’s death. She explained exactly what I needed to do to close his account and she returned his security deposit ASAP.
