Edit: Long story short, I'm removing my 1 star rating as our buyer has shown they were satisfied and I am well over the pain from the difficult process. Good luck to you. Longer story: Our buyer used MM to buy our house on a 70 day close. Everything was fine until our first appraisal came in a little bit late (maybe 5 days before the close?), but was over our asking price, so everything seemed great. For some reason (my realtor was told because our hobby-horse property had very few comparables in the area), MM decided to get an appraisal second opinion. They wouldn't even need to come on the property (which seemed weird?). This second appraiser, drove by the house, and then wrote up a complete appraisal which was full of factually incorrect statements and was well under our asking price

Jesse Strang, the owner worked diligently with us on very difficult property to purchase, due to lack of comparables in the area. Our Mortgage lender required and denied our loan due to 2 VERY different appraisals, in value. A third appraisal was decided upon to do, by the Mortgage lender, and Aporaisal board. This process was quite difficult, yet Jesse stood strong and persevered through, in order to purchase this property. Thank you Jesse!!!
