This area is abandoned, nobody is keeping it, or walking it. It's just a wild shortcut you can take to get kinky, or to get out quick after a heist. Once you get in the community, there is no security gate, no security camera, No security period. Cars got broken into, nobody care, resident pay $300 HOA monthly and it has been none-existent.
Overpriced. Home owners association fee is a joke. Landscape is over grown. You pay for gardeners you never see. Plus the home owners associations main mission is to get resident's cars towed from parking spots on the daily without warning.
