We recently moved to the Pasadena area from Hong Kong and were looking for a rental property while we get set up. We started following up on ads online which proved to be a very frustrating experience. Charlie was the only one of the many brokers we contacted who responded quickly and was keen to understand our needs. He took a significant chunk of his time one weekend to show us multiple properties, all of which met our requirements. We ended up getting a great deal on a property that was perfect for us.
