Although I’m still waiting for some adjustments to be made with my account, the overall initial tour and move in experience was pleasant, quick and easy to say the least. The office staff is friendly and welcoming. I had submitted a maintenance request for a few things that were broken prior to my move-in that needed to be fixed and maintenance addressed the issue fairly quickly.

I've lived here for 2 years, I'm currently moving, but overall it wasn't soooo bad. There's a huge pest problem here; roaches are everywhere (like everywhere). Maintenance is very hard to reach, and you need to pester them a lot to even get a response. The apartment overall is nice, but when I moved in, I made them aware that 50% of the outlets don't work, or they're very loose. The staff is very nice, though they try their best, it seems. Pools are kinda dirty, sometimes they're shut down too for a while. A lot of cute cats here, though. Another thing I didn't like here was that the power always goes out; it has damaged my electronics pretty badly from having the whole complex lose power multiple times, especially when you're cooking or doing work on your electronics. 5/5 stars for Mission Springs! Seriously, this move was the easiest ever, all thanks to my leasing agent, Ana. She was super friendly and made sure every single detail was handled, which made the whole process totally stress-free. The renovated studio apartment is exactly what I wanted and looks amazing, and honestly, the rent is incredibly well priced for the quality. If you're checking out this community, you definitely need to ask for Ana—she's the best!

DO NOT MOVE HERE*** Did not have hot water all winter. Now my ac has been leaking through a hole in my roof for 2 months a lot of water into my hallway. Leasing office does not respond to emails or voicemails nor can you ever reach them over the phone . They mark maintence requests as resolved without ever fixing them. There is roaches all throughout the community. NO HOT WATER IN WINTER NO WORKING AC IN THE SUMMER. Yet the do nothing to fix the situation. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails. Impossible to communicate with them. They will just tell you there gonna fix it n never do then tell you again n never solve problems. DO NOT MOVE HERE WORST APARTMENT IVE EVER LIVED In.

I thought this place was great when I first moved in. That’s how they get you, once you sign the lease, you learn different. Slowly but surely, it got worse and worse. I quickly realized that the unit was not clean, blinds had never been changed. Work orders are a hit and miss.Boiler wasn’t working on occasions, heat or air conditioning is controlled by them so you are uncomfortable when it gets really hot because they were always fixing something or had not turned on the air or heat yet. Hot water was not as frequent due to them fixing something. You have to change your own air filter, which they never told me until I called about the air not working properly. Pests were a problem.
