⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Mission Property Management! From the very beginning, their team was professional, organized, and incredibly responsive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, handling everything with efficiency and attention to detail. Communication was always clear and timely, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure all questions and concerns were addressed. It’s clear they truly care about providing top-tier service to both property owners and tenants.

We would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we received while leasing our home through Mission Property. The entire process, from our initial inquiry on Zillow to our move-in, was handled with the utmost professionalism. We would like to recognize the team members who made our experience so positive: Christina for the initial showing, Chris for handling maintenance, and especially our property manager, Mike. Mike ensured a seamless move-in process and went above and beyond to complete necessary repairs, including additional work in the backyard. We were particularly impressed by how promptly all maintenance requests were addressed. Thank you to the entire team for ensuring we had such a pleasant stay. We truly appreciate you going above and beyond for us.

There’s a reason why that this place is rated three stars even though they’ve been serving the Tri-City area for many years. First of all,, They use this unlicensed handyman service through an app called Latchel, Usually, they send some moron to stop by at your place and evaluate the seriousness of the problem and get the real pros to step in later. So if you really need something fixed, it would take matter of days before they take you seriously. And of course, they charge you $25 a month which is equivalent to $300 a year for this BS. As many of you know, when you move out of a place, albeit an apartment or a house, The landlord or the property management supposed to work on your deposit refund after 72 hours of your exit. I would advise caution before renting here. The management team has been consistently unprofessional and dismissive. Communication is nearly non-existent; emails and calls regarding a specific issue, about the place that we’re trying to rent go unanswered for days. Very rude!! I wish I take her name I would of put it down here It is disappointing to deal with a team that is more interested in collecting rent than maintaining a basic line of communication . Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

We discovered our new townhome via Zillow and immediately scheduled a tour. We then met Aman, who was gracious enough to wait for us while we got out of our meetings. Long story short, we fell in love with the place, submitted our application, and were approved. Once we moved in, we noticed a few small things that needed fixing, which were resolved immediately thanks to Mike’s guidance and their 24/7 maintenance team member, Chris. We love our new home, and the team could not have made this any easier. Thank you!
