Miry Run Apartments

I lived here 5 years. Whenever there was an issue Mike was there to help me. Neighbors are nice and respectful. The quality of my former apartment was excellent, but probably the most important part was Joanne in the office. She has gone above and beyond helping me with difficult situations, especially when getting my security deposit back. It's rare you get to talk to the people who run the show and the workers who are always there. She's always in the office, polite, professional and there to help. Ms. Joanne is such an amazing property manager and makes the whole process seamless! The apartments are well maintained and the area is lovely; I cannot speak highly enough about how lovely she is and I am so glad to have found Miry Run!

We have the best manager, Joanne! That matters when you rent an apartment. She is like our mom and really cares about the people here and our little neighborhood. The apartments are nice and we have our own washer/dryers. The grounds are always clean and they have great landscapers. I don’t see my neighbors much and I have had no problems with anyone. I am very happy here! You will love it.

Lived here for 3 years with my now husband. This was a perfect place for us as a couple. The neighborhood is incredibly friendly and well maintained. The best part is that it is on a dead end street and tucked away so you do not have a lot of thru traffic. Additionally, the property manager, Joanne, is AMAZING! She is incredibly helpful whenever there is an issue and really wonderful to work with. She made both my move in and move out an easy transition and was always friendly ever time I saw her. She was always kind, clear, and concise especially because we had to break our lease early. It is a great apartment complex to live in.

I spent many years at Miry Run. It's a great place on a quiet street with no through traffic. The apartments are spacious, nicely styled and they have washers & dryers in the apartment. My favorite part was having Joanne as my manager. She makes everyone feel like family and always has candy in the office! She took great care of us and made living at Miry Run a great experience. I highly recommend living here.
