Mirasol Eldorado Apartments

Tyler at Marisol El Dorado was absolutely wonderful! He greeted me with high energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions with professionalism. The property is beautiful, inviting, and in a great location. I highly recommend Marisol El Dorado and Tyler for his outstanding service.

Apartments are decent for the price, however I would never recommend due to the staff. I moved out in march 2025 and thought I had paid everything as they never sent a final statement bill to either my new address or email, and all they did was send to a collections agency. Would never recommend anyone do business with people who take you to collections without reaching out first.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now. and so far, and since day 1 we can tell that tbe washing machine is not working properly, we have made numerous complaints about our washing machine. They came to “fix” it multiple times and each time they tell us something different, one time they say to change the washing detergent, one time they say they will call the “manager” ( there is no manager) and will get back to us, no one got back to us. Last Friday ( today is a Tuesday) the washing machine flooded the apartment, they came to see it and they said the water level sensor is broken and needs to be changed… we need to wait until Monday. Since yesterday, no one is responding to our calls, maintenance requests or anything. And our dirty clothes are still in the machine for 4 days now. I

It’s been almost a whole year since I moved out in July and still haven’t gotten my security deposit. I’ve taken the time out of my day to visit three times and haven’t received good answers as to why I haven’t gotten my check. Was told they don’t have good communication with their financial team in Florida… not my problem?

Walked into the office and spoke with Brianna. First, Brianna and the other lady greeted me with a beautiful smile. I've been communicating with Brianna via email and my first time meeting her in person was today. The way she communicated via email matched her personality in person. Very nice, willing to help, positive, and great customer service. I drove around these apartments several times before applying and not once did these apartments look trashy or has trash all over the apartment complex. I've driven around nights and days, weekends and weekdays. I looked at the model floor plan today and it was gorgeous. I feel at home.Thank you Brianna for the warm welcome.
