We absolutely loved working with Jasmin during our time in our rental. Hands-down the best property manager we've ever had. She was super responsive to any issues we had with the house (standard wear and tear/repair issues) and in addition, she's just warm and kind! The rental rate was good for Marin and we were genuinely sad to leave our little house. There are major benefits to dealing with a smaller, more personable property management company as opposed to those bigger places and never was that more apparent than during our time working Miracle Mile.
