Mira Vista Ranch Apartment Homes

Went in today to get a tour with my daughter on one bedroom. Michael helped us and provided excellent services. He answered all our questions and was very polite and very thorough in regards to his property. Hopefully we’ll soon be residents here at Mira Vista!!

Proper manager needs to learn how to talk to people at this location. I’ll be following a report with the Best Better Business Bureau, trying to make delivery and give me a hard time. They saw me deliver the freight. He could just ask me to move it when I still had my equipment available after a fact, it’s unacceptable. They need the smarten up and get better management.

Going on our second year here and we are pretty content here. I can honestly say it’s been a good experience for us, as it was our first time as a family moving into an apartment after living with family. Mike the manager is on top of it. Friendly guy, and stands on business if needed. Our maintenance guy Mike, he’s the man. Anytime I run into him while walking my dog, he’s always making sure our apartment is good. We had a few issues over time, and Mike has been the one to make sure all is well. He is kind, friendly and a great communicator. So if you’re wondering if this place is a good start, it is.

My husband and I stopped by the office yesterday and spoke to a gentleman named Michael He was so welcoming and helpful and gave me and my husband information on a Two Bedroom. I plan on going back and applying soon.

I had a great experience, the office staff were very helpful and Kassandra made the process very easy and quick. I am so happy with my move in!
