Taran Pitzer was the agent that helped us buy a home. We were living out of town when the property posted on the MLS. She toured and sent us pictures-videos of the house. We were able to write an offer because of this. Taran continued to support us during the escrow process. She helped us with contacts in the area and getting the title company and other agencies to keep things moving so that we could close. Her assistance was crucial because we could not come into for everything during the escrow process. She continues to support us as we learn about our new city and home.

We had a wonderful experience working with Taran Pitzer at Better Homes and Gardens Ming Tree in Fortuna. We bought our home last year when inventory was low. It took many months of searching. Taran worked very hard to get us in to look at any property we were interested in, even if the hours were crazy. At the time, I was frequently flying back and forth to Colorado, and my spouse was still there. She is always there if you have a need or question. Moving between states makes taking out a loan very complicated as well, and Taran assisted us in finding a mortgage broker. Taran is sincere. She has lived here all her life, and knew about many neighborhoods in the towns in mid Humboldt, including microclimates. Taran is very happy in her work, and it shows. We love Taran.

We bought a house from Taryn back in November & she was so great! My partner & I took a big leap buying a house that we had not planned to buy.
