I used Friesen to build my home in Ferndale and I can't recommend them highly enough! I chose their Creekside model and some of my favorite features are the upgrades such as alder wood interior doors, upgraded fireplace surround, carport, metal roof and love the standard laundry area - that doubles as a mud room (great for dogs) and the beautiful walk-in master shower. Everything went super smooth from ordering, permits, site prep, setup, finish details, etc. Nevin, Nick, Russell and crew were responsive, communicative, fair and best of all--trustworthy. This type of oneration is a rare commoditv these days. I even purchased one of their Jr. Barns and had the same positive experience. They are a one stop shop when it comes to your new home experience from start to finish!

We recently purchased a manufactured home from Friesen Homes in Fortuna. We were aware of their stellar reputation for quality work, and they did not disappoint. Truthfully, at first, I was a little doubtful about buying a manufactured home based on older manufactured homes I had been in. However, after visiting their model homes, discovering it was half the cost of building, and much quicker to inhabit, it was an easy decision. What I hear most often from my friends and family is that this doesn’t look or feel like a manufactured home. It’s very solid and beautiful. I purchased the Creekside model that is 1188 square feet. Russell, Nevin, and the entire crew at Friesen were without fail always attentive to what was best for the customer and went out of their way to go the extra mile.
