Update: The solution is to enforce the lease agreement, which is not being done. Your response is vague. What was carefully reviewed? No one from corporate has reached out to us, nor has there been any addressing the issue with the tenant violating the lease agreement by the property manager. You have numerous individuals in a public housing online community site currently discussing the many tenant and health and safety issues that have gone unaddressed in your complex by management. We have been trying to address a clear cut tenant violation for over a month now with the property manager and have received very little communication or transparency regarding addressing the matter. Do not waste your money here. This property management would rather put new pavement down(which wasn’t needed) than to fix real issues like mold, gaping holes in floors, A/C units, a water leakage problem in almost every building, etc. they do not fix anything, nor do they care to, as you can tell from their responses to the disgruntled reviews. For a single retired disabled man monthly water and sewer is between $128.00 to $170.00 a month, while Electric 💡 ⚡ was $65.00 a month. Management harasses tenants the second you get on her bad side. She is very unprofessional and I believe she hides a lot from the owners. There are no amenities like listed in the websites. They are constantly going up on rent, water and get upset when they dumpsters get full when they should just rent another. Water is increasing because there is a water leak beneath the buildings and often leaks into the parking lots. When I went to court judge found extra fees they were trying to make me pay that were not even listed in the lease. Manager also believes offices phones are records so she’ll call you from her private number or Facebook. Please be cautious when renting from here. Attempted to “directly” contact owners through their management site but they only communicate through the crook

I have been out of a/c since may of 2025 it's now Sept 2025 still no fixed a/c it's been excuse after excuse we don't have anybody. We don't have time I've been told since may 2025 that I have a a/c unit to be put in it's been sitting there since June still not put in now my blower fan won't come on at all to blow air or heat it's now getting to fall n winter still no service that I pay full rent for I've lived here since 2020 and I have never experienced such lack of care or concern for human beings you get paid to provide a service to also there's a creek that runs down from the mountain outback and it's a drainage pipe for this area and becomes clogged with leaves and sticks etc...I told them about it and flooding back there by the apts from the drainage ditch being clogged still no one
