Thomas made this one of the easiest home closings I’ve ever experienced. Viewed homes on a Tuesday and closed less than 3 weeks later. Thomas and Leo have assembled a great team of inspectors for structure, radon, septic, and termite. The closing attorney they recommended was spot on! Best of all, after we closed they continue to support us with recommendations for cleaning , spa work, handyman, and even local restaurants. Fantastic!
