Terry is one of the best landlords you want to have. She is very nice and has a great personality as a landlord!!

they have roaches and they do not have pest control come like they claim. Can’t complain about upstairs neighbors and all of the noise because she will not do anything about it some people have babies and the babies cannot sleep if the upstairs neighbors are always constantly loud . She’s rude . Laundry room are not up to date , you’ll waste money trying to wash and find the right washing machines .she will help with rent if u communicate to her your situations but all in all I try to avoid her bc her attitude can be very direct ….

I been here over 2 years and I have too say this.... I will stay here as long as I can cause 1. The property stay nice and clean all the time 2. The pool stays crystal clean and safe for me and my kids. 3. The lady in the office mrs. Terry is very nice and respectful and makes sure that things are very well taking care of and stays on top of everything she doesn't allow any nonsense when they have anything wrong going on she puts a stop to it rite away and makes me feel safe here with my kids I couldn't ask for a better place to stay with my kids I would like too thank mimosa appartments and miss terry for keeping me this long I will continue to stay here as long as I can and very close too stores have a bless day 😊

Is a good place to live an very good management mrs.terry keeps everything in the apartment clean there are no stray people around the apartments and she gets things done. I have never lived in an apartment this amazing. I highly recommend!!

Very great place to live and convenient to lots of shopping facilities. The Manager is always on top of all needs and maintenance is there when needed. Could you please list me as reference on your application and it's a $50 reward,
