Very happy with how management handles maintenance issues. I had a small problem with the thermostat the day I moved in, and they had it fixed the very next morning. Kim was great to work with during the apartment selection process and made everything feel easy. The building (11 Park St.) is very secure, and I really enjoy having the fitness center. Underground parking also makes day to day life a lot more convenient. The location is a huge plus too, with great restaurants all around and Boxcar Bakery just downstairs. Heat and hot water have been excellent, and the building is consistently kept clean.

Love Milot real estate family business and great people to work with. They built our first brand new condo in Essex junction and gave us dibs on the first unit love their dedication to working hard and make nice apartments for people love their dedication.

Save yourself a headache and don't rent with this agency! Bret refuses to fix any problems within the buildings. Whole building was without heat and hot water for over 2 weeks in winter. Bret refused to fix the issue until state officials were notified. Tenants were left freezing and without a hot shower. There is black mold and animal urine throughout the building they refuse to repair. If a complaint is made to Bret instead of fixing you are told to go live somewhere else knowing the housing market is tough in Vermont. When I moved out my deposit was kept even though apartment was left in better condition then when I moved in. Currently in the process of filing suit for the return of my deposit /lawyers fees they held without reason . Never got compensated for having to stay in a hotel

Completely unsafe experience – especially for women I lived in a unit managed by Kim, the property manager, and had one of the most unsafe experiences of my life. I came to her in confidence about both physical and emotional abuse I was experiencing from someone I lived with. Rather than taking any steps to protect me or even remain neutral, Kim responded by saying, “he doesn’t seem like that kind of guy.” After that, she helped him attempt to access my belongings and show up at the property while I wasn’t there, fully aware of the danger that put me in. This wasn’t just unprofessional. It was traumatizing. If you’re a woman or anyone who values safety, respect, or being taken seriously in a crisis, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Mansfield apartments has false advertising on their website per the amenities and rent price. I do not recommend renting with them. This property is not managed properly.
