We recently made settlement on our Millwood Home. We have contacted the service dept for issues and were met with a timely response. They were able to address our issues the same day and we appreciate the diligent service! So far, every interaction with Millwood has been great.

After a house full of guests and stressing all our house systems, a few warranty issues surfaced. Millwood responded rapidly, scheduled their team, and did an excellent job in taking care - even those items that required followup were noted, and the plan to complete was very clear. I cannot express how incredibly frustrated and disappointed I am with Millwood Homes. Getting someone to actually respond to me has been an ongoing nightmare. I was told my lawn would be seeded back in September of last year—it is now nearly May, and I am still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. It’s not just the lawn. At closing, I was promised certain work on my deck would be completed. When it came time to follow through, Millwood attempted to go back on that commitment. They tried to walk away from what was agreed upon in writing, showing a complete lack of integrity. Let it be known: Millwood Homes does not keep their word.
