The manger doesn't know what people are going in and out .This punk a#$ boy threatened to punch me who raised this boy to hit women and then my cousin took care of him. The funny part is he doesn't live there. I go there to visit my friends and then leave. This time I was swimming with my friends. Then I called him out saying he was trying to kiss me when I was walking home from Cordova high.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I KNOW SOMEONE THAT LIVED THERE FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS, CLEANED THE APARTMENT VERY WELL WHEN LEFT! HOWEVER THE "MANAGER" MUST BE INSTRUCTED BY GORDON BUILDING, LLC to JUST NOT GIVE ANYONE THEIR DEPOSIT BACK. ALSO THERE ARE AT LEAST 3 DIFFERENT PHONE NUMBERS FOR THIS PLACE LISTED ON LINE, MOST ARE DISCONNECTED. YOU CAN NEVER REACH A LIVE PERSON THERE. DUMP CITY

You're most likely to either die early around here in the neighborhood or you're going to be calling the police once a week. Expect to get mugged, robbed or your car broken into. This place is mostly drug addicts and people with mentle problems. Oh, and suspect everyone is armed. Since 2007, there have been 9 murders already.

I visited one of my friend that live there. She said she likes it there. Great location inside is awesome and big master bedroom. And it looks nice and clean.

Nothing gets fixed, ever. Kitchen ceiling leaks onto the floor every time it rains. Have asked in writing for past two years for it to be fixed. Dishwasher needs replacing and have been asking for new/repair since June 2015. Keeps increasing rent without fixing stuff. Have lived here four years and pay rent every month on time. Used to have a number to reach property mgmt, now just have to submit everything in writing and nothing is ever done. Random other things need to be done and despite writing letters four times now, nothing gets done. Neighbor has been without heat working for years and half her apt doesn't have working electricity. Can't wait to move.
