Mills Properties

Stay away from any property manager by Mills Properties. They do not uphold their end of the contract, nor do they maintain their properties. I had sewage backup in my apartment and they had a guy wet vac it. That's it. I had to clean the sewage out of my laundry room, showers, toilets and bathroom. They also stated they were replacing the flooring before I moved in ..didn't happen. Worst management ever, Lisa.

I have lived in Lago Vista apartments for over a year and I have had over 23 maintenance calls for issues ranging from cracks and leaks in the roof, microwaves going out, mold in the shower, a/c failures, leaks from furnaces, and most recently 2 leaks in my kitchen and master bathroom and an electrical issue in the hall bedroom of which are currently unresolved. I have sent in the leak issue over a month ago, and the most recent electrical issue sent in as an emergency which have not been resolved. I had an unpleasant call with Dee in the office where she downplayed my issues to seem as though what others were going through were more important. Mind you the rent constantly fluctuates under the pretense that its because of 3rd party billing yet the 3rd party themselves never actually bills

such a worst experince with one of your properties (Bennigton heights saint louis MO 63146). I used to stay at Pavilion apratments (saint louis) which is good, but I moved out due to weed smell in my apartments. it comes from the flat below who smokes weed. Reported the management multiple times but it was not helpful. so i moved out.Thought of taking lease in Bennigton heights, which seems too worst with the procedure. I am not sure why the prices are hiked with mills properties when you are not able to provide the service properly.

"The Celtic Crossing Apartments “luxury” has definitely lost its appeal and charm because of a poorly maintained property. Trash everywhere, especially near the dumpsters, some dirty hallways, For weeks the dog stations and dog park is in NEED of EXTREME ATTENTION. and a general feeling of untidiness. I am so disappointed in this place I have to call home for my 3rd year. My rent goes up but the maintenance of the property goes down.

Rent constantly INCREASING yet they move just anything in here. I’ve been here almost three years and it has never been this bad. Lazy people won’t even put their trash in the dumpsters, there’s no maintenance to keep the grounds clean. I won’t even address the snow we experienced beginning of January yesterday was the first day I didn’t have to ice skate to my car due to walks ways not being treated.
