Mills Creek

Mills Creek is a great option for single family rental homes. The units are essentially brand new and have great features. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is a community clubhouse with a gym, pool, etc. that is always kept clean. The community fees take care of snow removal, lawn care, spring/fall cleanups (leaves, power wash house, clean outside windows), any maintenance issues and more. Samantha and Jolene are great additions to the community and have been hosting community events (holiday cookie night, grab and go breakfast, etc.) to bring neighbors together. Pricing is very similar to a mortgage + HOA for a new-build neighborhood. Somewhat-walkable area (15 min. from central park). 5 minute drive to Arbor Lakes or Downtown Osseo. I have lived at Mills Creek for 2 years now and love the charming neighborhood. The single family homes offer a great setting in an area with tons to do. The clubhouse is maintained well and has a workout room, outside setting has a pool, putting green and grill area. The outside of the property is maintained very well and allot of the properties have fenced in private back yards. Closets and bathroom are very spacious in the units. I have lived in 2 different styles of the houses here and like both of them for different reasons. Management has been helpful and kind. I would recommend Mills creek as a upscale modern, single family housing community.

I moved in to Mills Creek in March of 2024. One month after moving in, Village Green purchased this property. I lived in the Cedar floor plan which was a 2 bed/2 bath w/fenced in back yard. I was a very good tenant. Paid rent on time, minimal maintenance requests, kept my place clean, and ensured I took care of the place as if I owned it. When it came time to re-new my lease, I reached out to management in January of 2025. At that time I was told the rate of my place I was living at was going to increase 6.5%. I expected an increase, but not 6.5% for a place that is already quite expensive to live in. I attempted to negotiate an 3.5% increase, but was told they would not budge from the price increase and in fact was told it was still a “discount” compared to the “cost of market”. So becau

Mills Creek has been an excellent place to live for the past 2 years. The Property Manager, Josh, has been fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. Top of the line homes and amenities for anyone interested in up scale living and close proximity to everything Maple Grove has to offer. Very reasonable rates compared to the nearby apartments and you get so much more for the money.

I recently toured Mills Creek with my roommate, and I have to say, I absolutely love this place! The community has such a charming vibe, especially with the cute golf green and the cozy outdoor fireplace by the pool. We were lucky enough to tour with Ryan O’Brien, and he was amazing—super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had all the info we needed. Honestly, this community feels like so much fun, and I can totally see myself living here!
