Millers Crossing

For over 1month I had to deal with water leaking from my ceiling and a bathroom smelling like mold and I saw mold all over the top side of the drywall. My allergies started getting worse. Breathing became harder. I got sick. They didn’t take me seriously. The water was standing for a long time as you can see in the photos. Their fix was a cookie sheet I live on the bottom floor. First it was the tenants above toilet. The maintenance guy came and put a new wax ring on. As I was sitting on the toilet water started leaking poopy water again on me from above. Then it was the supply line. They came and supposedly repaired the problem. Then it was the same tenants lack of having a sub floor. Each time the tenant took a shower water rained into my bathroom. The move in experience here was really good! I really like the size and location of the apartments here. The maintenance team also responded really quickly to some small things I noticed while moving in. I also attended the grab and go breakfast event and I appreciate that the community has events like this! :)

The staff here is always friendly and responsive. Working with Donna and Kelsey has been especially great. They're both very helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. It really makes a difference when the management team is approachable and willing to work with you. I truly appreciate their support and would recommend Miller's Crossing to anyone looking to live in a community that has a welcoming and responsive management group!

Kelsey, Chis and Donna are wonderful easy going people to deal with. The environment is calm and very friendly. Due to the flexibility of my job I have to move, if not I would love to stay here for a longer period of time. Thanks for everything you do to ease my stay.

Donna and everyone on staff are very welcoming! The food is also very good, and I had a great time talking to Donna. My roommate and I hardly ever attended events like this, but seeing people in the neighborhood come together makes me feel happy.
