Hawthorne Townhomes

I would give this place a zero rating if it allowed me. Hawthorne townhomes does not provide adequate parking for both the residents who stay here and anyone hoping to visit. They provide 2 parking spots for each three person townhome. There is no available street parking as well as no signs posted designating where you can and cannot park. They are in contract with absolute towing company and will tow your car away with no warning or chance to move your vehicle. They along with absolute towing make a good profit off this as they do not have enough parking with cars available to tow all of the time. When asked if they could post signs to let others know where they can and cannot park and avoid the hefty towing bill of $300 their answer was “that will absolutely not be happing” affirming th

I really wish that you could do zero stars. The pictures on the website are no where near the condition the apartment is in. When I moved in, the oven was not working properly and the maintenance knew about it but did nothing no matter how much we contacted them. They do not respond in a timely matter about anything.
