The apartment manager Porsha Chappell has been amazing in my application process. She's super understanding and patient with any and all questions I had. She also gives comfortability without even trying in regards to making a stressful situation easier. Her communication is also top tier and very easy to talk to!!

Porsha Chappell helped out my friend looking for a new home! She was great at communication and made sure everything by was taken care of prior to my friend moving in. Great customer service! Would definitely recommend to others in the future!

I want to extend the thanks to Miss Courtney D. and new maintenance crew. This property alone has went through many obstacles but there’s always light at the end of tunnel.. Millertown has improved drastically! It has been VERY peaceful the entire Millertown community is thankful with smiling faces. It’s rare to have a property manager that truly cares about the residents and having stability. I love that she invites her residents to financial freedom providing us classes to attend . Courtney work ethic and her willingness to clean up and bring together a strong community blew my mind!! She’s a great asset to our community. The new maintenance crew DONT play he’s literally looking around to see if anything needs to done. I never see her slack . True definition of GETTING THE JOB DONE! I l

Our new landlord is the best she is such a sweet heart and so professional the way she handles all my issues and concerns with my apartment so effectively you can tell she cares about the property and the tenants I just love her. Oh, and the maintenance man hands down one of the best I’ve been a tenant out here for five years and I’ve seen them come and go. He gets the job done every work request I have put in he has jumped on it and have actually fixed everything that needs to be fixed and I haven’t had a problem since with these two working together on this property can really change it for the better.

I am thankful for new maintenance he fixed everything I needed in a great timely manner! Ive never experienced any issues while Miss Courtney has managed the property. She handles all my problems with ease. We are in good hands with Miss Courtney.
