I strongly advise against renting from this entity, as I did not receive my deposit back despite not causing any damage to the property. The landlord refused to take my calls, and I have been wrongfully deprived of $1400, for which I possess supporting evidence and documentation. These are some of the photos taken after I moved out, as you can see, I cleaned it up. Also, I did a walk-through on 10/31 and a 'For Rent' sign was up on 11/5.

Kind and loving staff and great tenants!! The neighborhood is awesome and super nice, The prices are decent and reasonable, there were a few minor problems but they did all get fixed and everyone was the absolute nicest about it! I like being hands on and they've been more than great to work closely and easily with me. Most importantly they have been the absolute best with my pet bunny!! Much love to em <3

Has a bad reputation of housing unscrupable tenants. I've owned my house for nearly 20 years and the tenants that have been at the residence next me have caused a nuisance, illegal activity runs rampant. I as well as other residents of the community have made complaints to management about this. It's the landlord or realtors responsibility to keep up with the behaviour and actions of their tenants. So I would suggest legal action amongst Miller Realty if they continue to not address the behaviour of their tenants.

My experience has been unprofessional.. They have you doing so much stuff and then turn around and deny you. I was denied because I am coming from an income base to regular rent.. This is discrimination and so unprofessional.. This is not a good place to rent from!!!!! Don't judge a book by it's cover cause everyone is not broke!!!!!
