Jeez. These guys, especially Gustavo has been a complete pain to work with. I had initially found their ad on loopnet and I tried to connect with them through that platform. No answer for 2 days. I followed up with an email. No answer for 2 days. I called them. No answer but I did leave a voicemail. Gustavo finally sent me a text reply saying the office space is not available anymore and they sent me to their webpage to see what's available (this will also prove to be not true). Then after looking at their webpage, I ask about a property. On their webpage, that property says nothing about it being a storage space whereas there were other spots in the SAME location that was labeled as storage, whereas the one I was asking about was not labeled so I asked Gustavo about that... and I got an a

M&H Has been great since i've started renting with them in January 2022. I will update this review, if things change. I started working with Gustavo to secure my apartment, he was very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I were able to get the apartment we were looking at. The Miller and Hinkle team has been great when it's come to the few maintenance requests I have had to put in, unfortunately they do not work on weekends, but if it is an emergency they will respond in a timely manner. The only negative thing about our apartment is our neighbors that don't live in our building, everyone in our building, follows the rules, and is very respectful. Gustavo was definitely the reason we chose to rent the apartment we are renting.

I’ve just moved in one of the Miller and Hinkle property recently. I’m really loved my new place and the neighborhood, especially the Miller and Hinkle management team and the manager is really supporting and quick responded on the emails, texts, and paperwork provided clearly on before and after my moving, and the maintenance technician was doing a great job. You will not disappoint when you are applying to rent any property from the Miller and Hinkle property management. I definitely continue to sign a longer lease agreement next year. Miller & Hinkle Property Management, Inc. has proven to me that they provide outstanding service and actually care about the needs of their tenants. A major credit to the company is Gustavo Berain; he has been prompt and responsive on every inquiry regarding the property I am leasing. Major shout out to Gustavo! Thank you for all that you do!

Extremely friendly and helpful team that made the application and move-in process as smooth as possible. Me and my new roommates have nothing but positive things to say about Gustavo - very nice and made seeing the place fun and made everyone feel comfortable with the whole process.
