Miller and York Apartments

Miller and York is great! Awesome location walking distance to many breweries, close to uptown, and great amenities like package lockers, smart locks and a gym. There is plenty of parking for residents and street parking for guests. Move in was easy and maintenance is always quick. Ebony was especially helpful answering all of my questions ahead of move in. Since the apartment building next door and the food truck lot were put in I don't think the homeless issue mentioned in other reviews is still relevant.

We had a wonderful experience touring this apartment community. The apartment itself was very spacious, filled with ample natural light, and the amenities were impressive and well maintained. Ebony, who gave us the tour, was absolutely lovely. She was patient, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to our needs and preferences. The tour felt unhurried and thoughtful, which we really appreciated. Overall, we loved both the apartment and the amenities, and the experience left a great impression on us.

We love living at miller and york. We have been living here for almost 3 years now. Rashad and Ebony are so lovely, Always responsive and truly care about the residents here. They are always willing to help. The maintenance crew is also really lovely and responsive!

Going into my third year at Miller + York, and it’s easily the best place I’ve lived in Charlotte. I’ve lived in South Charlotte, SouthPark, Wesley Heights, and Fourth Ward — nothing compares. Amenities are always clean and well‑maintained. Staff is friendly, responsive, and communicates consistently. Location is unbeatable with tons to walk to and quick access to I‑77. Gated parking and nighttime security add real peace of mind. I’ve been extremely happy here and genuinely recommend Miller + York to anyone looking for a great home in a growing area.

There are much better options. Save your sanity and don’t live here. The mail room situation here is a joke. They have a very nice set up for securely locking packages but don’t bother to educate delivery personnel coming in. If you have any packages coming from a delivery service outside of Amazon, good luck. When the office is not open, it’s basically impossible to get a package delivered properly. I’ve had to cancel multiple subscriptions because none of the delivery services can access the mailroom properly after hours. There is no clear instruction for where the deliveries need to go and they are usually just left in a random location or not delivered. Don’t even waste your time with a place like Hello Fresh here. The elevator to the second building is constantly not working properl
